Stuffed Shrimp

Directions
Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayo, mustard, old bay, worcestershire, and hot sauce, pinch of sugar, and lemon juice. Season to taste (taste as you go).
  2. Fold in crabmeat and add bread crumbs gently for desired consistancy. Cover and refridgerate for one hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 400.
  4. Peel and devein shrimp leaving tails on. Butterfly shrimp and season lightly
  5. Place about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture on top of shrimp, folding the tail over top.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or untill fully cooked, occasionaly basting with melted butter.
  7. While baking, combine ingredients for sauce and season to taste.
  8. Plate and serve with sauce
