Stuffed Shrimp

Directions
Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the mayo, mustard, old bay, worcestershire, and hot sauce, pinch of sugar, and lemon juice. Season to taste (taste as you go).
- Fold in crabmeat and add bread crumbs gently for desired consistancy. Cover and refridgerate for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Peel and devein shrimp leaving tails on. Butterfly shrimp and season lightly
- Place about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture on top of shrimp, folding the tail over top.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or untill fully cooked, occasionaly basting with melted butter.
- While baking, combine ingredients for sauce and season to taste.
- Plate and serve with sauce
- 2 lbs XL Jumbo Shrimp
- 1/2 lb lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 T dijon mustard
- 1/2 T worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 T hot sauce
- pinch of sugar
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 lemon
- Old bay seasoning
- 3 T melted butter
- chopped parsley (garnish)
** Sauce**
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 2-3 T sriracha
- 2-3 T ketchup
- worcestershire sauce (few dashes)
- 1 T minced garlic
- salt and pepper to tste
