Directions
Ingredients
In a large pot, over medium high heat, brown meat and onion
Drain fat and return to pan and add flour
Stir in remaining ingedients, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
1 lb ground beef
1 onion
2-3 T flour
2 cups tomato juice
1/2 t Worchestershire Sauce
1 T Brown sugar
1 t mustard
1/2 t Italian Seasoning
Notes:
You can add Tomato Paste or more flour if sauce is too thin. Although this is Marsha's recipe,
I modified it slightly to make less sauce and make it more meaty.
