Chocolate Raspberry Up Cocktail

    Garnish
  1. Melt choclate and butter in small bowl in microwave LOW power 1-2 minutes
  2. Dip raspberries halfway in melted choclate and put on skewers, 2 per cocktail
  3. Lay skewers across the edges of a small bowl; keeping chocolate raspberries from touching any surface and put in refrigerator to cool chocolate.
  4. --Make the Cocktail--
  5. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  6. Add vodka, chocolate and raspberry liqueurs and the half and half and shake well for 20 seconds
  7. Strain and por into 2 up cocktail glasses and garnish with the chocolate raspberries
