Chocolate Raspberry Up Cocktail

Garnish
- Melt choclate and butter in small bowl in microwave LOW power 1-2 minutes
- Dip raspberries halfway in melted choclate and put on skewers, 2 per cocktail
- Lay skewers across the edges of a small bowl; keeping chocolate raspberries
from touching any surface and put in refrigerator to cool chocolate.
--Make the Cocktail--
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add vodka, chocolate and raspberry liqueurs and the half and half and shake well for 20 seconds
- Strain and por into 2 up cocktail glasses and garnish with the chocolate raspberries

- 2 T semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
- ½ t butter
- Fresh Raspberries
---Cocktail---
- 4 oz vodka
- 2 oz chocolate liqueur
- 1 T raspberry liqueur
- 2 oz half and half
