Beef Enchiladas

Serves:4 to 6 Cook Time: 30 minutes
Directions
Ingredients
- Brown ground beef with onions in skillet, until ground beef is crumbly. Drain.
- Stir in timato sauce, olives and salt and anything else you may wish to add
- spoon mixture into tortillas
- Roll tortillas to enclose filling and place in greased baking dish seam down
- Pour Chili Gravy over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes
- Serve with sour cream, guacamole,pico de gallo, salsa, or any topping of your choice
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- chopped onions (amount to taste)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 small can chopped olives
- salt to taste
- corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup or more shredded cheese (mexican blend)
Notes: This is a very basic recipe. You can spice up meat mixture by adding a varity of Ingredients
such as hot peppers, dice tomatoes, taco seasoning, or whatever you wish
